MEDICAL MARIJUANA INSURANCE STOCK COVERAGE
Your policy contains coverage of theft of your medical marijuana
stock. Because of the recent spate of burglaries of Medical Marijuana
Dispensaries in the State, your insurance company is mandating increased
protection of your stock in the event of a robbery. This is in addition to the
current requirement of a central station burglar alarm. For theft coverage of
stock, all such stock must be secured and locked in a ONE TON SAFE or a safe of
higher tonnage or a TL-30 when your dispensary is closed for business. This
includes perishable items such as kif, butane hash, cookies, and any
preparation of medical marijuana. All safes must be bolted to the floor. Claims
for these items will not be paid unless the above described safeguards are in
